Dearborn, Michigan: the REAL Ford Country

Our amazing friends in Ypsilanti, MI, Eric & Sherry, set us up with tickets to the Ford Rouge factory where they assemble all their F-150's, the Ford Museum & Greenwich Village, where Ford brought in all kinds of historical buildings and Model T's are still driving around. It was so much fun, and a 'have to' they say, when you're in Michigan. Eric works at Ford, so it was even more fun getting to see a little of his world. We also got to spend some time on the University of Michigan's campus sharing the gospel with students. It's great and refreshing to be able to share the gospel with students when we work with Christian groups most of the time we are on the road. We got to see the first Mustang, the actual bus Rosa Parks sat on, The chair Lincoln was shot in, the farm house Henry Ford grew up in and a remake of the original Henry Ford motor company building from downtown Detroit. Enjoy the pics!
